Any customer information entered into our website or sent via email will not be passed on or stored by ourselves after completion of the order. All customer details are kept private and are not noted down or stored elsewhere. Customer confidentiality is protected.
This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Foam and Covers, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.”
Accepted methods of Payment are Paypal, Visa/Debit Card or BACs payment. No payment information will be stored on our system or elsewhere.
All of our items are sent via UK Mail Next Day Delivery and as such any late deliveries or damages shall be held responsible by UK Mail. Any lost items will be taken into consideration however lead times may need be extended to allow for the lost items.
FREE UK Delivery
Any orders ordered through the Website come with free UK Delivery. This offer does not apply to any orders outside of the UK or custom orders under £100 over the phone or via email. There may also be a surcharge if the parcel is over a certain size, as some items have to be sent by Special Parcel.
All of our orders are custom made, bespoke items and as such as subject to varying lead times. Times can vary depending on fabric availability and can be delayed during busier periods.
All orders are made from scratch therefore if you wish to change or cancel an order we must be notified within a few days of ordering otherwise we cannot guarantee these changes can be applied. Once the order is underway we can only offer a return with penalty of material costs so please make sure you check your sizes and material choice.
